My name is Manish S. Prabhakaran. I was born in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, on 2 August 1981.

​

After completing my general education, I began exploring the world of Information Technology and computers. I joined an institute where I was introduced to various aspects of IT and computer technology. It was during this period that I developed some of my closest friendships and began shaping my personality, interests, and outlook towards life. I developed a strong passion for computers and technology, while, at the same time, I began to recognise that my true strengths and interests were also closely connected to the field of Administration.

I started my professional career in administration, which introduced me to a completely new environment, new people, new responsibilities, and a different way of life. Like any new beginning, it brought its share of difficulties and challenges. However, those experiences also gave me new hope and helped me discover strengths and possibilities within myself that I had never imagined before.

Over the years, I realised that professional life is not simply about holding a position or performing a set of responsibilities. It is about continuously learning, adapting, taking responsibility, and developing oneself. Every experience has contributed something to the person I am today. My past has shaped my present, while my experiences continue to influence the person I aspire to become in the future.

By profession, I am an Administrator, with a strong interest in business administration, organisational development, business ethics, and effective management practices. I believe that good administration is not merely about maintaining systems and procedures; it is about creating an environment where people, processes, and resources work together effectively towards the overall development of an organisation.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with technology, business administration, computer applications, networking, design, and various other areas that have helped broaden my professional perspective. I have always believed in learning new things and adapting myself to changing circumstances. At this stage of my life and career, I feel the need to define more specific goals and continue working towards meaningful personal and professional growth.

I do not consider myself someone who has achieved everything. I am still learning, exploring, observing, and developing. I enjoy sharing knowledge, learning from others, doing research, and writing whenever I have the opportunity. My ambitions and dreams are still alive, and I believe that there is always something new to learn and something more to contribute.

So, here I am — a person who tries to remain positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, see, learn, and experience. I enjoy reading and writing. I like to think, dream, observe, and listen. I believe that every person and every experience has something to teach us if we are willing to learn.

When I look at myself today, I see a person with his own understanding of life and reality — someone who has gained confidence through experience, carries hope for the future, and continues to have the desire to learn, grow, and achieve.

I am not the same person I was years ago. I have changed, learned, adapted, and grown. I have different people around me, different responsibilities, different experiences, and different dreams.

What happens to me today is part of the journey I am experiencing. My past is my foundation, my present is my experience, and my future is something I continue to build.
